Return & Refunds Policy

Returns & Cancellations

Concerning all purchases made from European Saddles for products or services the purchaser has 7 days from the date of the payment of the order to cancel their purchase and receive a full refund for monies paid once product has been returned in original condition. Items which have been customised at your request, cannot be returned unless faulty.

For goods returned which are not faulty a full refund or exchange will be given, less cost of postage, providing goods are returned in the original, unsoiled, condition complete with original packaging.

It is your responsibility to ensure safe return of goods and all costs in doing this are your responsibility. We recommend retaining receipt for proof of posting, as we accept no responsibility for lost or damaged items in the post.

Cancellations must be made in writing to info@europeansaddles.co.uk strictly within 7 days of payment.

The refund will be processed within 5 working days of receipt of or return of products. Refunds and exchanges cannot be given before returned goods are received by European Saddles.

Faulty Goods

If you discover the goods are faulty, you must notify us of the defect within 7 days of the date of delivery.

Return Procedure

All cancellations must be made in writing to info@europeansaddles.co.uk, quoting the following details:

1) Your invoice or order number

2) Your name and address

3) The date of purchase

4) Product description or code

5) Reason for return.
